Jeff Dickerson, CEO
Jeff brings to Metatomix more than 25 years of executive experience at various technology companies. In addition to his experience as CEO of eCredit, a provider of credit risk management
and collections software which was acquired by Fidelity Ventures in late 2006, Jeff was previously the senior vice president of worldwide sales and services at MCK Communications, where he
expanded revenue from $2 million in 1997 to $50 million in 2001, setting the foundation for a successful public offering in 1999, secondary offering and sale of the company. He was also vice
president of client/server sales at Vmark Software and held management positions at Prime Computer and Parametric Technologies.

Tim Cunningham, Chief Financial Officer, Co-founder
Tim Cunningham is a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer for Metatomix. He has played an integral role in building the Company’s infrastructure, raising money, completing
acquisitions and managing the financial side of the business. Previously, Tim was CFO and Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration for MediaBridge Technologies, Inc.,
a turnaround software company that was subsequently sold to Engage. Tim also worked for Infinium Software, Inc., where he built a financial management infrastructure that enabled
the company to go public and grow tenfold during his tenure. He has also held positions at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP and KPMG.
Tim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, an MBA in Finance from the Boston University Graduate School
of Management, and a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation from the State of New York.

Patrick Curley, Senior Vice-President of Engineering
Patrick is responsible for all our engineering efforts at Metatomix. He brings over 25 years of engineering experience, the last 12 at an executive level, to Metatomix. Prior to joining Metatomix,
Patrick served as VP of Product Development at ThingMagic, a Cambridge MA based RFID startup. He held the same position at MCK Communications, a successful telecom IPO, and Windata, Inc., a
wireless local area networking startup. He has also held senior engineering management positions at PictureTel Corporation, a video and data conferencing company, and Sun Microsystems. He earned a
Bachelor's degree from Boston University.

Jon Pilkington, Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Jon, VP of Marketing, brings more than 21years of experience in the software industry, over 12 years of those in the performance management and business intelligence markets.
Prior to joining, Pilkington spent 12 years at Cognos in a variety of senior roles, including Vice President of Global Sales Operations and Customer Experience, Global
Pre-Sales operations, Product Management, Professional Services and Field Marketing. During this tenure at Cognos, Pilkington helped grow Cognos from $150M to nearly $1B.
He has held several other leadership positions for which he won numerous internal and external awards. He has also held information technology management roles at Prudential
Insurance, Consolidated Edison, EDS and Infor Global. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant University.
