Gwinnett County Georgia
Gwinnett County Georgia has been one of the fastest growing counties in the country for the past 20 years. With this growth has come the need to integrate the 15
municipalities and their involvement in the County’s justice and public safety agencies. In 2008, Metatomix was awarded, with systems integration partner, Agile Technologies,
a contract to provide its Integrated Justice suite of data sharing applications. Approximately 386 data exchanges will be deployed over the course of the program, along with
the ability to intelligently and securely search multiple data sources through proper authorizations. By achieving tangible levels of data sharing between law enforcement,
the courts, prosecutor, and other justice agencies, Gwinnett County will reduce the costs of administering and improve public safety for all citizens.
Ohio Supreme Court
The Supreme Court is the court of last resort in Ohio. The Court may grant leave to appeal felony cases from the courts of appeals and may direct a court of appeals to
certify its record in any civil or misdemeanor case that the Court finds to be "of public or great general interest."
The Ohio Courts Network will serve as a centralized data warehouse of court case-related information, enabling the sharing of critical information among courts and law enforcement
partners, including case file information for pending and historical cases in all jurisdictions, links to other courts, identity information including addresses past and present,
court orders and warrants. “The Ohio Courts Network will enable us, using technology, to gather information in one location and share it, judge to judge, court to court.

Crisp County, Georgia
Crisp County is located in the state of Georgia, created on August 17, 1905. The 2005 Census Estimate shows a population of 22,017 and the county seat is Cordele..The Crisp County Data
Exchange Project was born in 2005 with a menu of lofty goals. Software vendor Metatomix was chosen to install a new, computerized method of keeping tract of warrants, arrests,
bookings and the flux of jail populations. Early reviews show the electronic mapping and exchanges are creating greater efficiency along the county’s justice system paper
trail. “This [new system] eliminated duplicate data entry, including errors, delays in timely decisions and wasted personnel time, while providing knowledge about cases that
was not previously known,” Jean Rogers, Clerk of Superior Court says.
Henry County, Georgia
Henry County, Georgia is part of the Atlanta Metropolitan Area and one of the fastest-growing counties in the United States.. Henry County will connect data sources from nine different
agencies in the county, allowing officials in all those offices to share and process case information while leaving each office's own case-management system in place. By employing
advanced semantic processing technology, the Metatomix system is able to pull data from the often-incompatible case management and booking systems used by the different agencies, process
it and circulate it instantly to all the agencies involved. The system automatically exchanges information such as new arrests and warrants among the different offices without any manual
intervention. This keeps all the agencies involved up-to-date on every case in the criminal justice system. "We've evaluated systems from many vendors over the years and
Metatomix was the only one that could deliver this level of performance without requiring any changes in existing software," said Rob Magnaghi, County Manager. "The other
options we've explored would have cost millions of dollars and taken years to implement. This will both speed up access to vital information and improve the quality by reducing errors."
Palm Beach County, Florida
Palm Beach County is the largest county in Florida. Palm Beach County’s new law enforcement system will extract data from disparate sources, providing the ability to streamline
access to data, obtain information in real-time, and share it seamlessly. Patrol officers and detectives will be able to quickly and easily obtain information from multiple systems through a
single sign-on and inquiry mechanism, gaining an immediate benefit by being able to perform a single query against multiple state and local law enforcement databases. One of the most
important features of the new system to Palm Beach County is its rapid deployment and ease of installation. "Our IT staff is capable of installing and managing most software suites.
Accordingly, we want to use our in-house resources as much as possible rather than relying on vendor support," said Steve Bordelon, Director of the Palm Beach County ISS. "After
our team is trained on the new system, they will be able to administer the full system rollout and maintain it going forward. That’s a real benefit of this product."
Florida Office of the State Courts Administrator (OSCA)
The Supreme Court is the highest court in Florida, the 4th largest US state. The Metatomix Justice Information System (JIS) is a web-based system that enables judges, judicial staff, and other
government entities to access multiple data sources through one point of entry. Through the JIS, information is streamlined from a variety of local, state, and federal agencies. By extracting and
making readily accessible the information from a range of databases, the system lets judges obtain comprehensive search results from a single query, saving both time and money. Judges can also get
necessary information rapidly, retrieving a complete criminal history background check more speedily than ever before. Also the JIS was augmented to accommodate the demands of the Jessica Lunsford Act
(JLA), signed into law in May 2005. The expanded JIS includes what is called a “JLA First Appearance Calendar”—a function that gives judges and other criminal justice officials
automatic access to information essential for the appropriate treatment of the recently-arrested both before and during their first appearance for arraignment. Among other things, it has a risk
status alert section that immediately identifies high risk sexual offenders, sexual predators, and those who are on supervised release status.
"Through the use of Metatomix's advanced ERI technology, the Florida Judicial System will benefit from a solution that provides single-point access to critical information from across a variety of state agencies, enabling a more complete picture of any individual on trial, than ever before possible” said Judge Charles Francis. "It has been a top priority to get this information system up and running as quickly as possible to give our law enforcement and judicial system the tools they need to protect the public," adds Mike Love, CIO of Florida’s State Court System. "It's extraordinary that Metatomix was able to assemble such a complex and demanding system so quickly."
El Paso County, Colorado
Located in east central Colorado, El Paso County encompasses more than 2,158 square miles - slightly more than twice the area of the state of Rhode Island. With a population
approaching 600,000 and over 215,000 households, El Paso is the most populous county in Colorado, with the county seat located in Colorado Springs. Metatomix’s
Judicial Exchange (JDX) will allow El Paso County to implement an automated Summons exchange and Court Calendar Exchange. "With Metatomix we saw a proven solution
that can start small and expand and grow in stages. Their customers are very happy with the flexibility, results and value.” Dr. Henry Sontheimer, El Paso
County Criminal Justice Planner
